_KOMM WORT explored the overwhelming flood of images and information that defined our digital age. Inspired by Jorge Luis Borges’ story 'The Aleph' — which revealed a mystical point where one could see the entire universe at once — the exhibition reflected on our modern attempt to grasp the world through endless streams of visual data across social media and the web. Yet this simultaneous presence of countless disconnected events, faces and scenes often left us fragmented and distant, unable to truly understand or interpret the world. The exhibition challenged the illusion of total knowledge and called for a mindful slowing down: a conscious taking of time to reflect, structure and find meaningful words. Only through this, it suggested, could we move beyond fleeting images and regain a deeper connection to reality beyond the surface.
